We were chosen so sort massive bags of pinto beans into individual 1 pound baggies. I was very impressed with the fast pace of work that the students kept up. We packaged 9,100 meals worth of beans! We got to add our names to the famous 30 lb name tag ball. I found the experience to be quite rewarding as we were able to see immediately the impact of our few hours of work. The students were in great spirits and the overall feedback is that it was fun but tiring. Enjoy the pictures!
