On every third Wednesday of the month, 5th grade meet with JCC seniors and together we participate in the Intergenerational Art program. This month we looked at Yoyai Kusama, Dot Pop artist. We worked on a pumpkin Dot project inspired by her unique style.
We are also working on an art project that is inspired by Henri Matisse-cutout artist and are creating cut-out collages in colored papers while learning about positive and negative spaces.
